Years traveling the Pacific Northwest taught Emma and Daniel what a coffee shop could be — not just a counter, but a corner of the neighborhood. They came home to the High Desert with a hand grinder, a farmers-market stall, and a lot of opinions about espresso. Today we roast in-house every week, bake from scratch every morning, and keep the patio open for whoever needs it.
